About

Built in a clinic, not a boardroom.

Kenna is built by a team of allied health professionals who see people living with these conditions every week.

The same conversation kept happening. Someone would describe a flare that "came out of nowhere". Then, working backwards through the week together, it turned out it hadn't. There had been signs — a gut that was off, heat that hit harder than usual, a shorter fuse for noise — for two or three days beforehand.

Nobody had written them down, because writing things down when you feel like that is the last thing you're going to do.

The apps that existed asked for too much. Long forms, sliders, streaks to keep, badges to earn. They were built by people who had never tried to fill in a symptom diary while lying on a bathroom floor.

Kenna is the opposite. A few quick questions, each with three tap-to-choose answers. A picture instead of numbers. It does the remembering, and it tells you what it noticed.

What Kenna won't do

It won't diagnose you. It won't tell you what your symptoms mean or what to take. It reports what you told it and what it noticed in your own patterns, and that's where it stops. What to do about it is between you and your clinician.

What we do with your data

Nothing except show it to you. We don't sell it, we don't advertise against it, and nobody sees it unless you choose to share it. You can take it all with you or delete it completely, whenever you like. See our privacy policy.

Patients of the clinic

When Kenna Plus starts, anyone under our care gets it free, always. We don't sell to our own patients.
