Common questions
What happens if I miss a few check-ins?
No. Kenna works with gaps and never tells you off for missing days. It just needs enough days overall to see patterns.
Can I check in at night?
Yes. Choose morning or evening in Settings, and the wording changes to match.
How long before I get a flare warning?
Kenna looks for similar run-ups in your recorded flares. Warnings depend on the history you've recorded. Other features are available from your first check-in. It gets sharper as Kenna learns what usual looks like for you.
How do I cancel?
If you're subscribed to Kenna Plus, you cancel through your Google Play subscriptions — the same place you manage every other subscription. Nothing is deleted when you cancel: your history stays, and you keep using the free features.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete my account, or see deleting your account.
Is Kenna medical advice?
No. It tracks what you tell it and shows you your own patterns. It doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace your doctor or health professional.
