How it works

Four things.

In the order you'll meet them.

01

The check-in

A few quick questions, each with three tap-to-choose answers. Choose the answer that fits your day.

Mornings hard? Check in at night. Forget? Kenna reminds you, at a time you choose.

Check in during the day and Kenna's suggestion covers the rest of today. Check in at night and it covers tomorrow. It asks which, so it doesn't have to assume.

02

Your shape

Your answers become one picture across ten areas: circulation and standing, heart and breathing, temperature and adrenaline, sensory and mental overload, crashing after activity, pain and sensitivity, joints and hypermobility, food and appetite, gut and digestion, and allergy-type reactions.

Your usual sits behind it as a faint outline, so what's louder than usual is obvious without reading a single number. Every day you also get one line: Go ahead, Bank recovery, Ease off or Recover.

03

Flares, labelled

When a flare hits, mark it. Kenna keeps the dates, the length and what it looked like, so you have a record instead of a blur.

Open it afterwards and you'll see the run-up: which areas were climbing in the three days before it began.

04

Patterns and warnings

When two recorded flares have similar run-ups, Kenna groups them into a pattern and lets you name it — "gut and allergy rise", "the overheating one", whatever fits.

From then on it compares your last three days with that recorded run-up and warns you when they look similar. You'll see the warning in Kenna, and it'll notify you too. It also shows how often its warnings were followed by a flare, once enough warnings have a known outcome. No figure is shown before then.

Something to hand your doctor

Kenna turns your check-ins into a two-page report you can print or email before an appointment. Your own record, organised for your clinician to review.

An example report. The patient and all the data in it are invented.
